INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS

International patients: your treatment journey in India

Travelling abroad for treatment is a big step for you and your family. Orvica Global gives international patients one coordinator who helps before you leave home, while you’re in India and after you return.

Medical recommendations come from your qualified treating clinicians.

01

Before you travel

We review your reports, get treatment plans and written estimates from suitable hospitals, and help you compare them. If you’d like to speak to the specialist first, we arrange a video consultation on request. Once you choose, we arrange your hospital invitation letter for the e-Medical Visa and help plan your dates.

02

When you arrive in India

We meet you at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi and take you to your accommodation, free of charge. We help you find somewhere suitable near the hospital for you and your companion, and confirm your first appointments.

03

During treatment

Your coordinator helps with admission, appointments, billing questions and day-to-day needs. Interpreters are available in Arabic, French, Russian and other languages. We keep your family at home informed if you’d like us to.

04

After you return home

We stay in touch, help you share reports with your doctor in India and arrange follow-up consultations by video when needed.

05

Patients from Africa, the Middle East, the UK and Australia

We support patients from Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Iraq, Oman, the UAE, the UK, the USA, Australia and many other countries.

  • Africa: flights to Delhi from major African cities, usually direct or with one stop, and French-speaking interpreters
  • Middle East: short flights from the Gulf and Arabic-speaking interpreters
  • UK and USA: an alternative to long waiting lists, with English-speaking specialists
  • Australia: written estimates to compare with private treatment at home
